Sponsorships keep children in the classroom; projects fund the things the classroom itself needs — meals, books, scholarships, labs, and libraries.
Computer lab upgrade
Ten refurbished laptops, a solar inverter, and a year of rural-grade connectivity for the new computer lab at Khagrachari Model High School.
Library expansion
A second reading room and 400 new Bangla- and English-language titles for Rangamati Lake-side School — paused while monsoon repairs finish.

Girls' scholarship fund
Full-tuition sponsorships for girls whose families would otherwise stop schooling after grade five — keeping them in education through graduation.
In the Hill Tracts, girls are often pulled out of school after grade five to help at home. The Girls' Scholarship Fund covers full tuition, books, and uniforms through graduation, plus a small stipend that offsets the household labor a girl would otherwise be doing.
